Effective Date: January 1, 2026. These terms govern your engagement with Broadsensepk Agencyand define intellectual property rights, project delivery standards, and service agreements.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting project consultations, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with Broadsensepk Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services & Deliverables
All creative deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and revision parameters are defined in mutually signed Statements of Work. We provide professional branding, visual identity, software development, and digital marketing consulting services executed to established industry benchmarks.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full contract payment, all proprietary rights, trademarks, and vector source assets for finalized, approved brand identities and custom web code are transferred to the client. Pre-existing frameworks, preliminary unused concepts, and internal methodologies remain the intellectual property of Broadsensepk.
4. Client Responsibilities & Approvals
Clients agree to provide timely asset submissions, necessary third-party access credentials, and designated point-of-contact feedback during iterative design reviews to maintain agreed project schedules.
